These SMS Terms & Conditions apply only to the optional text messaging program operated by Southend Financial, LLC (“Southend Financial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). SMS consent is separate from using our website, submitting a loan application, or agreeing to any other agreement. You are not required to opt in to SMS to obtain loan services or complete an application.

Program description

If you opt in, Southend Financial may send recurring automated SMS/text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include mortgage inquiry and loan application updates, document reminders, appointment or scheduling reminders, and customer-care replies related to your file with Southend Financial.

• Who texts you: Southend Financial, LLC only (not third-party marketers or affiliates promoting their own offers).
• Message frequency: Varies (typically a few messages per week while your file is active).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Supported carriers: Major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt in (call to action)

You may opt in by visiting https://southendfinancial.com/apply and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on the Review & Submit step. That checkbox is a clear, affirmative opt-in to receive SMS from Southend Financial, LLC. Checking the box is not required to submit the form.

How to opt out and get help

• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop SMS to that number unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP, or contact us at admin@southendfinancial.com or (980) 999-2220.

Mobile information — no third-party marketing share

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your mobile number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates so they can market to you. Mobile numbers and opt-in records are used only to operate this SMS program and provide the mortgage-related services you requested from Southend Financial, LLC (including service providers that solely process messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform).

Not affiliate or third-party lead marketing

This program is operated by Southend Financial, LLC for our own customers and prospective borrowers. It is not an affiliate marketing program and is not used to sell or share leads to unrelated lenders or marketers for their SMS campaigns.
