SMS / text messaging program

Southend Financial offers an optional SMS program for customers and prospective borrowers who provide consent. Program messages may include loan application updates, document or scheduling reminders, appointment confirmations, responses to inquiries, and related customer-care communications about your mortgage inquiry or loan file.

• Message frequency: Varies based on your loan status and activity (typically a few messages per week when your file is active; fewer when inactive).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-in: You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application or inquiry forms, or by providing consent that is recorded by our staff in our CRM. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of obtaining loan services.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also ask us to remove SMS consent. After opting out you will receive a confirmation and we will stop sending marketing/customer-care SMS to that number unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time.

Mobile information and privacy

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used to provide the services you request and as described in our Privacy Policy.
